A beer thats been made for thirsty people, to be drank without too much thinking, to be enjoyed while strolling down the streets on a warm evening. In brewing Hobo we used a big amount of rye (29%) and 10% wheat, plus five different kinds of malted barley. We decided to use hops from AMerica and New Zealand: we used Nelson Sauvin during FWH and in whirlpooling, while in the next two additions we used Amarillo and Cascade.
