This ale, copiously dry-hopped, boasts a crisp, sweet, spicy aroma. Its chocolate and caramel malts stand up to New Zealand’s Southern Cross hops’ piney flavor, making this beer dangerously clean and smooth. It finishes assertively as the high IBU’s become apparent. We like it better as it warms and think you should enjoy this burnt garnet colored ale on a cold day with friends, family and a pot of chili or jambalaya.
