100% wet hopped American pale ale. The hops used in this beer were Simcoe from the BT Loftus Ranches and Cascade from Van Horn Farms. For this pale ale we used a great amount of both of these hops so it has a very strong aroma and actually quite a bit of bitterness that lingers on your pallet for a little while. Don't sleep on this beer as once it's gone, its gone
