A Cyser by definition, it is a strong cider based on our Crabby Granny blend, with lots of traditional crab apples, Granny Smith & Winesap, then balanced with sweet desert and aromatic apples. Tartness up front with wildflower and clover honey to provide a smooth finish. We turn it into the Hoppy Granny by dry hopping it with a salad of the C's - Citra, Centennial, Chinook, Cascade.
