Hopstradamus is an all Special Pale mash, generously hopped with Nugget Hops for bittering and Falconer’s Flight throughout the boil. Dark copper colored, first strikes the palate with aromas of dried apricot and pine with a medium mouth feel. Transitions to resinous and piney hop flavors that last throughout the finish.
