A relatively new American Style characterized by a big hop character and high alcohol. Hoptopias is laden with hops from beginning to end. Not overly bitter it has hop flavor like no other with hints of grapefruit and passionfruit. Its rich silky body provides a hefty backbone for the huge hop additions. ... Be careful.
