The likes of Equinox, Simcoe, and Galaxy lay it on thick with aromas of passion fruit, lychee, grapefruit, and lemon. We balance the bitterness with bready malts and strategic aroma hop additions throughout the process. Bold, crisp, assertive, and resinous.
