Hugo is a collaboration with Brasserie Dunham from Dunham, Quebec, Canada. A generous dry hop addition of Galaxy and Rakau hops along with a blend of Brettanomyces Claussenii and French Saison yeast gives this farmhouse saison bright notes of citrus and orchard fruits.
