Inspired from a conversation with good friend and editor of the Great Lakes Brewing News, Bill Metzger, Brewmaster Steve blended a Belgian Amber Ale with 90# of Michigan Red Haven peaches from Husteds Farm Market in a merlot cask. 2 wild yeast fermentations later and yet another cask aging results in an exquisite sour peach ale.
