This beer definitely lives up to its’ namesake. The malt bill provides the perfect backdrop for the big hop aroma. Take a deep breath, put your feet up, and enjoy.
This beer is bottle conditioned to be a natural live brew. This bottle has live yeast performing a slow secondary fermentation in it right now. Hold it up to the light, that sediment you see is proof. Swirl the bottle and drink it hazy or decant off the lees.
