We started with a rich, dark ale brewed with Cherrywood smoked malt and aged it in Bourbon Barrels for 8 months. Then we blended it with a young dark ale, further aging it on house smoked Cacao Nibs. The result is a luscious ale with intense flavors of dark chocolate and smoke.
