The award winning (Gold Medal, Northern Brewers Association) Imperial Stout is back and this is a wonderful release. The malt bill was raised with the hops kept the same to increase the sweetness and flavor of the beer without increasing the bitterness. Rich dark chocolate, roasted coffee and toffee candy dominate the palette with a burnt marshmallow finish. This beer is perfect right now or aged for six months or longer. Enjoy!
