Under cover of cloak and darkness, we took a brand new unnamed hop and built a classic American IPA. Inhopnito is a refreshing brew with a medium body and bitterness, yet high in aroma and flavor. The scent of cantaloupe, light citrus and berries stands out and its not so-secret flavor follows suit with more tropical notes and a subtle caramel accent.
