Great combination of American hops, Belgian yeast, and wheat. Hopped with Centennial, Cascade, Chinook, and Apollo, and heavily dry-hopped in the fermentor. Fantastic depth of flavor from the Belgian yeast, and super smooth mouth-feel from the unfiltered wheat.
