Unique Fruit driven Pale ale. The second project in our series revolves around the fruit Jocote a sweet and tart plum from Central America. Paired with Rangpur Lime a lime only by name alone it's actually a hybrid between a mandarin orange and a lemon. With large dry hop editions of el-dorado you can expect a sweet tart pale ale with a nice acidity and big bright fruity nose.
