Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailJoe Z's Coconut Porter

As the name implies we brewed this beer with Joe Z the brewer and founder of Z Street Brewing. This Brown Porter was aged on brewery toasted sweet coconut. Aroma is of toasted coconut with background sweet toasted malt. Medium light body. Flavor is dominated upfront by toasted coconut and fades to reveal mild roastiness with supportive Fuggles hop flavor and bitterness. Finishes coconuty and slightly dry.
