Brewed with Organic Floor Malted Pale Malt, Munich, Special B and de-husked black malt. Hopped with Magnum, Centennial and Chinook in the kettle, dry-hopped with Cascade. A hoppy American "Red" Ale with all local finishing hops from Hopmeister Farms.
