The India Pale Ale has become a staple in the American craft beer industry. The focal point always needs to be the strong hop presence. We think we have been able to achieve that by using just over two pounds of hops per barrel. We add Chinook, Centennial, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Cascade hops at six different times during the brewing process.
