This tribute to the feisty, spicy wife of Martin Luther whom he affectionately called "My Lord Katie" is a Saison. We ferment it at high temperatures to bring out those characteristic spicy, peppery notes. Then we add some star anise and orange peel to give it a little zest like its namesake.
