The uniqueness of this beer comes from the yeast. To be precise, a special ale yeast a friendly brewer in England makes Riegele Kellerbier so fruity-fresh. The yeast harmonized unique with the three selected Juramalzsorten (a blend of Munich malt - barley malt kilned red, Pilsener malt (barley malt) and wheat). These three malts are digested and refined in Riegele Two mashing process with the Riegele Spelzentrennung, which gives the beer its distinctive character.
