Our mead with Peppers! This wine has the juicy flavors of Cranberry and Orange, kicked up a notch with local, jalapeno peppers from Granite Springs Farm in Pittsboro. This mead has a great smokey nose and starts out fruity, then moves to smokey with a little bit of heat! Serve slightly chilled with everything from backed chicken to a BLT, to shrimp and grits!
