This is our strongest beer & the one that takes the most time & energy. Two brews make up the one 1000 litre batch. Fermentation is an extended 3 weeks & then 5 months on conditioning in the cellar. All good things are worth the wait. Dark red, smooth & delicious, this beer goes down like one half its strength. But be careful – it will lift your kilt & kick your butt!
