Our Kodiak IPA is brewed with house pilsner malt, caramel and crystal malt for body and a touch of chocolate malt for color. Copious amounts of Apollo, Simcoe and Amarillo hops were added to the kettle, as well as Simcoe, Amarillo and a new hop called Zythos for dry-hopping in the fermenter.
