Cream Ales are an original American style and kind of the redneck cousin of a Kölsch. Flaked corn is used to lighten the body and color traditionally, hence the name. Korn Fed is a little bit of a hybrid using some non-traditional grains to make this lager-like ale. Only one hop addition keeps the bitterness low & orange peel adds a bitter sweet citrus aroma. Then it is dry hopped with lemony-lime Motueka hops from New Zealand to round off the flavor. The Official Beer of the Little Rock Kickball Association!
