This beer was specially brewed to be the "official beer" of the “Beer and Flavour Fest”, taking place in Chambly, from August 31st to September 3rd 2007. It was created on June 8th, 2007. For the occasion, Melanie Morin, from the organism “Bassin en Fête”, the organizer of the festival, was invited to handle the mashing rake and experience a day of brewing. This beer is composed of four varieties of cereals, two varieties of hops and buckwheat honey. Who that has seen… that has drunk this beautiful brown buckwheat honey. Without fear or anxiety, search for it, it is somewhere around!
