This dark ale, which is supposed to be served hot (50°C), is full of surprises. At the high serving temperature there is neither froth nor gas, but the beer exudes the intense flavors of christmas spices and honey. On your palate you will sense a mixture of mildness and and spicery with a finish that is still dry and typically beer.
