Our winter stout is brewed with jurassian spelt wheat and a complex mix o’ malts. La Mandragore’s colour is bright black with dense coffee foam. The nose reveals notes of pepper (Golding hop), smoke and roast. Creamy, mild, and aromatic on the palate, La Mandragore presents a long finish with medium tartness.
