Brett Barrel-Aged Quadrupel From the belly of the dragon (barrel room), comes a boozy brew that already seems to have a serious reputation. What started off as a relatively traditional Quad recipe, went into our beloved oak barrels alongside a healthy dose of Brettanomyces Lambicus, and like a recluse, there it stayed for the better part of a year.
