Crosby's Kitchen & CocktailLanghorne: Rye Wit

This beer is a Belgian-style wit or "white" beer. These beers are traditionally made with wheat malt, coriander, and curacao orange peel. Our version uses rye instead of wheat and relies on the spiciness of rye to take the place of the coriander. We use a spice blend to finish that includes blood orange peel, hibiscus flowers, and rose hips.
