This Belgian Inspired brew was created in opposite tradition of most Belgian Breweries. Instead of using simple malts and allowing the spices and sugar to give color we use complex malts for flavoring and color and use simple sugars for alcohol and sweetness. The strongest beer we have created thus far, the LSD starts with spicy and floral hop aromas and toasted plum from the malt and yeast.
