The first in Schlafly Beer’s Ibex Series, Lazy Ballerina is the lovechild that resulted from grape and grain. Named for the trellis that a wine grape is grown on, Lazy Ballerina is a French-style Saison brewed with Chambourcin grapes from Chandler Hill Vineyards in Missouri, creating a unique fruity fermentation. The young ale was then aged in barrels from Chandler Hill creating a velvety, earthy character.
