Hella Hoppy- “Hella” is a “NorCal” thing, and when used, is a sure tip-off that you are from Northern California. A true “West Coast” Double IPA, which is hop flavor forward without the hop bitterness. A simple grain bill gives this beer a light color and allows the hops to do all the talkin. Large amounts of hops are used at the whirlpool and dry hop additions, to bring you the unique flavors of the hop varietals. Exploding with citrus, floral, and minor tropical notes in the aroma and flavor.
