beer—is cold-aged lager in its truest form, showcasing lightly grassy noble
hop notes, a slight sulfur undertone, and the added body from the yeast,
which remains in the beer all the way from fermentation, extended cold aging
and right into your pint glass. A gem of a “natural” beer.
