Inspired by the taste of local San Francisco honey, we infused this beer with three of our — and our bees' — favorite flavors. Yarrow has been used in beer for centuries as a bittering agent, but we were drawn to its fragrant, fennel-like blossoms that line our streets all summer and fall. Eucalyptus adds a resinous bite, and lavender a sweet high note of mint and berry.
