Atlanta Brewing Company's newest beer for the winter season is a Belgian style strong dark ale.
It took several different malts from the United States, Canada, and Belgium plus dark candi sugar to get this beer to it's hefty abv of 8.2%.
Chestnut brown in color, aromas of dark fruits, bananas (bananas foster?), rise from an alcohol laced head. Plum like flavors with accents of raisins, crusty French bread, and caramel followed by gentle warming are enjoyed with each sip.
