Just for fun, we took a session approach to the India Pale Lager trend. We are suckers for pale, hoppy lagers, so why not a pale lager that pushes the hop envelope? Each year we mix up the hops, and blend some of the newer varieties that all the cool kids like for flavor and aroma, but with none of the fatiguing bitterness that hangs on the tongue like an asprin.
