This Entrepôt series "warehouse ale" was brewed with a blend of pilsner and white wheat malts and hopped with a blend of magnum, mt. hood, and nelson sauvin hops. It was then aged in cabernet barrels for five months and hand bottled in cork-and-cage 375 ml. bottles.
