Beer made by Jeff Gorlechen, Sam Carroll and Shane Welch. A Scotch Ale made with peat malt, lightly hopped and fermented with a character-rich Irish Ale yeast. Expect smoky, earthy and rich caramel flavors with just a faint hop twinge.
