Macon Beer Company set out to create an approachable India Pale Ale. The design would have a smooth and upbeat flavor profile, creating the perfect hop harmony. Just like any good musical composition, this beer was created as it was being played. The Macon Beer Company Design Team spontaneously engineered this batch of beer composing all of the heavenly hop notes together. The team began with ingredients initially intended for other Macon Beer Company brands and then sequenced the hops to harmonize notes of stone fruit, caramel, and spice into a composition of aromas and flavors.
