Just like Major Andrew Holmes himself, this Imperial IPA is a little bit of a mystery as we will be utilizing different hops in huge quantities in each version including blends of 5 different hops and experimental varieties as they come available. The Major finishes nearly dry, leaving the lingering fruitiness with a very slight bitter note letting you know it is really an Imperial IPA.
