Hoppy holiday red ale brewed with English two row, biscuit, chocolate, and honey malt. Hopped with centennial, cascade, and athantum. Hop flake spends 7 days on 5lbs of grapefruit flesh, 2lbs of Athantum hops and 1lb of Cascade hops. The beer is moved to another tank where it spends 7 days with 5 more pounds of grapefruit flesh, 1lb of Amarillo hops and 1lb of Warrior hops. A double dry-hopped holiday red ale conditioned on grapefruit flesh. At 5.5% abv this beer packs tons of aroma and flavor creating a wonderful session ale.
