Hop Shot IPA, generously hopped with Galena, Warrior, and Columbus hops. When we were formulating this beer, we did two versions and had customers vote on what they liked best. It came out a tie so we used both hop profiles. Even at 70 IBUs, the bitterness hits in layers and not all at once, allowing you to not only enjoy the subtleties of the malts, but also the nuances, aromas, and flavors you would otherwise miss in a “hop bomb.”
