Brewed with Phil “Brewdaddy” Bannatyne’s favorite hop variety, Centennial, throughout the boil and extensive dryhopping. This beer has the hop character of a IPA but the low-ABV of a session-able pale ale. Grassy/citrus hop character dominates the nose and palate with notes of white grapefruit and pine needles, finishing with an aggressive grapefruit-pith bitterness.
