Our 'Minute Man' New England-Style IPA is hop forward, bursting with orange, citrus flavors with very subdued bitterness. The inspiration for this name was drawn from the independent, self-trained soldiers of the American Revolution. The Minute Men, aptly named for their ability to be ready in a minute to fend off the British troops, draws a parallel to this IPA style, which requires a shorter conditioning period than most brews.
