This American Sour Blonde was created using Dried Wintergreen and Key Lime Juice. It pours a vibrant golden color with a medium white head. Aromas of mint, spices and citrus fruit come through on the nose. The flavor profile is quite tart up front with an underlying sweetness and notes of fresh lime zest in the finish.
