Octoberfest beers use traditional rich German malts, hops and yeast to provide a malt-accented beer with a hop character to complement the malt flavor and aroma. Caramel malt is part of the grist bill and our Small Batch Ale Munich Fest uses a small amount of black / chocolate malt for added depth and complexity. Prost!!!!
