Burnt orange with a rosé huey, zesty, woody and dark berry aromas, sharp and sour mouthfeel with a smooth buttery oak finish. Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner, Munich and Wheat, Perle hops and a German yeast strain. Aged for 13 months on French Oak Chardonnay barrels with Brettanomyces lambicus and a Belgian yeast strain, we then added 23 pounds of locally picked blackberries and aged for another 4 months.
