A Saison hopped with 100% cascade hops. Fermented with white wine yeast and aged in Cabernet Franc barrels for a year on top of 30 lbs of locally grown NC Muscadine Grapes with are known to be flavorful yet slightly sweet. Wild yeast helped dry this beer out lending a nice balance between the hops, fruit and oak.
