The Natchez Trace guided early traders to Tennessee from the Gulf of Mexico. With the journey as inspiration, we use rosemary from Tennessee's own Bloomsbury Farm (Smyrna, TN) to evoke aromas of the forest and sea; creating this amber-orange delight. The Natchez is intensely aromatic and spicy with an herbal presence on the nose and palate. Malty and tangy with touches of lemon, cedar and rosemary. Absolutely a food beer that's sure to find its way to the dinner table.
