
This is the only beer in which besides malt and hops are also added herbs. Peter our brewer has been able to form a good picture of how this specialty is brewed with our southern neighbors during his internship. This triple consists of 4 cereals, barley, oats, rye and wheat. Where barley causes the malting, rye causes the body and cream and the oats and wheat for the fresh test in the beer. Malt: Pilsener malt, Rye malt, Wheat malt, Pale aloe malt, Oatmeal Hop: Nugget, Saaz, Hallertau Mittelfruh.
